It's really been that long. So many meals to catch up on! If only I had a picture of the leftover fish masala I just ate for lunch - it was so spicy, I think I may have actually just seen through time.

In other news, we got a cat! Now now, it wasn't that long ago - I haven't completely fallen asleep at the switch. Her name is Morgana - 'Morgan' for short.. more typically referred to as 'Kitty', or 'Bacon Jr.'. We picked her up from the local animal shelter, during a pretty fierce snowstorm that kept us both local (closing down our respective universities for the day). I know that everybody says it, but Morgan actually is the best cat ever. Better than all other cats. Really. She's snuggle-riffic and crawls under the blankets with us at night, she scratches her little cat scratchy thingy instead of the furniture, she's playful, not too noisy (but she does talk a little), she comes running when she's called (um, when she's awake), she doesn't eat my plants, she's super-soft and smells great. Perfect cat.

Morgan's the cat that all of the other cats are jealous of. If she was an outdoor cat, she'd get invited to all of the neighborhood cat parties. If I was a cat, I would so totally want to be friends with her.

In even further news, my mom made me this really awesome dinosaur for my birthday. I named him Coltrane, and he is currently looking to take a wife. If you know any eligible female dinosaurs (he's willing to try interspecies options) in the New England area, please let me know.
